Q: How long do products take to arrive?

A: Products typically take 2-3 days to arrive. Where possible orders are packaged up and sent out on the day they are ordered so they may arrive sooner. 

Q: How are the products packaged?

A: Each order is carefully packaged in a gift bag or box depending on the amount and value of the order. Gift packaging is blush pink or silver in colour.

Q: Can I return my item?

A: Yes we accept returns and will provide a product replacement or refund as soon as the item is returned to us.
